Just made Kimchi Jjigae for the first time after finding an awesome recipe, and I had to give it a try! 🍲 Even though it’s not super cold here in Las Vegas. It’s been in the 80s during the day and 50s at night. it still felt like the perfect comfort food. Spicy, flavorful, and totally hit the spot. I can’t believe I haven’t made this before!
