Please correct my English if it’s wrong! ☺️ 英語でレシピを書くの初めてなので、簡単な料理からトライしてみます。 間違っていたら、修正して下さい。 It’s not Japanese dish but we often make Pot-au-feu. It’s the best on a cold day! 日本料理ではないけど、よくポトフを作ります。 寒い日には最高です! It might be eaten around the world, though. 多分、この料理は世界中で食べられているのかな？ ------ 🍲How to make Pot-au-feu (Soup with sausage and vegetables) Ingredients : water chicken stock cubes Onions Carrots Shimeji mushrooms(Any mushrooms you want to eat) Viennas Cut the ingredients to the size you like. Put water, chicken stock cubes, onions, carrots, mushrooms and viennas in a pot and simmer. When the ingredients become a little soft, add potatoes as well. When it’s soft, season it with salt, black pepper, and parsley and it’s done! ポトフの作り方 材料を好きな大きさにカット 鍋に水、コンソメ、玉ねぎ、にんじん、きのこ、ウインナーを入れて煮込む 材料が少し柔らかくなってきたら、ジャガイモも入れる 柔らかくなったら、塩、黒胡椒、パセリで味を整えて完成！ ## Images 1.
