Yesterday felt different.😊 Recently, I've had many thoughts floating in my mind, but I hadn't been writing them down or acting on them. This made me feel a bit stressed. I talked to a friend about it. ✨️ She told me that feeling this way was totally normal, and that if I truly cared about something, the most important part would naturally reveal itself. That made a lot of sense to me.😸 I realized I could break down my big goal into smaller, more manageable ones --- and tackle them step by step. I studdenly felt enlightened.✅️ I don't need to overthink. I just need to act. So I did something different: I started recording my ideas, and I had a conversation with a friend. I also decided that when I focus on a task, I would let go of everything else until I finish it. My mindset shifted.💯 I found a sense of calm. Now I know --- even if I anxious again --- I have the ability to adjust. And that makes me feel really good.🌝
