We spend the whole day with our friends. But once we enter the work-family-household cycle, it's not that simple. Let me tell you my recipe — sports. Sports as a hobby are not only relaxing and a way to escape everyday worries, but also a great opportunity to meet people who share the same interests as you. And when you have something in common, it’s easier to build friendships. For me, it's road cycling, trail running, and hiking. Through these, I’ve met new and kind people not only in my country but all over the world. And what words did I “befriend” along the way?
