Day 12 Japan Trip! Yesterday was so samuiiiiii ! きのわさむいです! Mostly I stayed home and played with Gohan. We watched Thomas the Train in Japanese and played with his favorite toys. In the afternoon I went to the gym and worked out my biceps, triceps, shoulders, and core. I always compliment my workout with yoga movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dharana) at the very least. And of course some deep and longer stretches! I'm working on improving my side splits, and leveling up my front splits (hanumasana). In the evening I went with family to an amazing fish restaurant and made new friends. It was such a great time and delicious food! What is your favorite form of exercise? Do you meditate? If so, how often? :)
