Happy Saturday! Weekends are my favorite because they’re all about freedom—time to do the things I love without the stress of work hanging over me. I woke up early this morning, as usual, and headed straight to the gym for glute training day. After my session, I spent some time teaching my friend how to lift weights from scratch. She said she felt inspired by me and vowed to become a stronger, more powerful version of herself. I really hope she sticks to it this time—after all, it’s the third time I’ve taught her everything from the beginning ! For lunch, I treated myself to a high-protein meal to speed up recovery from muscle fiber damage. Then, I took a quick, refreshing nap before heading out for an adventure. In the afternoon, I biked around the reservoir, covering an impressive 37 kilometers. The ride was magical—birds chirped happily from the treetops, leaves rustled in the soft breeze, and fallen leaves blanketed the ground, swirling around in the crisp autumn air.
