I’ve occasionally been asked what the whole food diet I’ve been practicing is, so I started to update my (mostly) whole food diet menus weekly 2 weeks ago. I failed to do that last weekend, and here’s the mostly whole food diet (mmm, not really) menus for last week. I’ve still been a bit out of shape, so I ate more highly processed foods (a lot of noodles!) and some deli foods (fried foods): 1. Egg and fried shrimp sandwich 2. Japanese pepper leaf tea (Japanese pepper; 山椒, さんしょう) 3. Hiyashi Chuka (Chinese chilled noodles) 4. Vegetable soup with homemade fishballs 5. Omelet sandwich and homemade ice cream 6. Curry soba with fried fish 7. Seafood crispy noodles 8. Hiyashi Chuka again, lol (Chinese chilled noodles) 9. Rolled oatmeal with cheese omelet Which one is the most appetizing for you?😋
