요즘 일하면서 느끼는 것들... I mostly walk alongside leaders as their coach. What I have discovered is that, deep down, every leader longs for someone—a safe presence—before whom they can pour out their heart and still be fully believed. But isn’t that what we all long for? At times, I too wish for such a coach to be by my side. These days, the evening path I wander after work has become that companion for me—a quiet friend, a gentle coach, listening without words.
