I'm on the Sunshine Coast today and finally tried The Doonan ๐ฟ๐. The place feels like mini Europe tucked into the South East QLD hinterland ๐ฎ๐นโจ. There's alfresco dining and beautiful gardens lined with olive trees.โฒ๏ธ๐ชด I chose margherita pizza as a taste test.๐ They baked it in a Marana Forni oven and the pizza came out delicious, with just the right amount of char and a stretchy mozzarella. Also, I couldn't resist adding a side of chips with truffle mayo ๐๐
