Hello friends, Friday the last day of my sales conference was spent playing golf in Albuquerque. The course was a beautiful oasis in the desert. The fairways and greens were in excellent shape. Sadly, I forgot sunscreen so I got sunburnt. Today I made for breakfast homemade flour tortillas with a dish that’s very popular in Mexican restaurants, as an appetizer but for me it is so delicious and filling that it’s an entree and I can have it anytime It is called choriqueso (chorizo with queso) if you are ever in a “real” Mexican restaurant and they serve it, I would highly recommend it. (By the way by real I mean in Texas or other border states and of course Mexico). Of course I had to have it with some fresh brewed Costa Rican coffee. Here are some pictures that I took.
