Recently I've been reading about the famous Japanese architect, Kengo Kuma. Have you heard of him? He's well known for the way he incorporates the use of wood in his designs. This is a picture of one of his buildings, the Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center, that I took when I visited Tokyo a few years ago. He also designed the Olympic Stadium which I'm sure you all know about. I would love to visit his other buildings next time I'm in Japan.
