🇨🇳My Languages Journey : • Native Mandarin speaker with basic English • Degree in Japanese (Forgot most of it now) • Experienced teacher of Cantonese (in institutes), Mandarin & Japanese (one-on-one) I was the English class representative in middle school and high school. I scored nearly full marks on the university entrance exam English subject. However, I was a poor student in university majoring in Japanese and with English as my second foreign language. More than ten years after graduation, because of work needing cooperation with foreigners, I studied with a Chinese English teacher who had worked in foreign trade for half a year: 1–2 offline lessons per week, each 1–2 hours. Later, because I still wasn’t good at speaking, I bought six months of online native English speaking lessons: 1–2 times a week, 25 minutes per lesson, sometimes 1–2 lessons per session.
