Life is full of ups and downs. It's never going to be a smooth road.Accept the challenges along the way, choose to keep moving forward, prepare well for the toughest and worst phase of our life, only then we can confront the situation properly. Sometimes, we put unnecessary pressure on our mind and end up succumbing under the pressure especially when we are dealing with our mental issues and feel like we can't move on.I believe , instead of running away from those issues, allow ourselves to feel it. It's okay to feel that way instead of beating ourselves up about it. We have to reach a place of Acceptance and to overcome that we have to find support, to find someone we can rely on.Despite being alone and dealing with it alone, go out and seek out someone that actually cares about us. Sharing with our loved ones will help us release our stress and drop our anxiety. Nothing is permanent wheather it's good,bad or ugly. Every problem comes with the solution. Don't panic,stay cool and relax ☺️. Believe in God and trust on your own will power.
