If I could remove one thing from this app it would be this emoji that we are prompted to use. So many people message me this emoji then say nothing else. So you just shifted the burden of starting a conversation to me? That's not really fair. If you want to start a conversation ask the person something. We have profiles with our information and pictures. Ask the person about something you have in common or find interesting. Ask them how their day was or what their hobbies are or what was the last TV show/movie they watched was. Anything but just saying "Hi" or this awful emoji.
