I'm on a road trip currently through Texas. This is what I had for lunch today "Po' boy" a New Orleans style sandwich with French bread, usually deep fried seafood (this one is fried shrimp), tomatoes and lettuce. Usually with remoulade or tartare sauce. Along with it I had crawfish etouffee and potato salad. It was the best bayou style food I've had in a long time.
