I love persimmons! The season is soon over… My dried persimmons are ready to eat. Put them in a basket I made yesterday. I also had a baked persimmon topped with cinnamon and lemon zest this morning. It’s one of my favorite way of eating that you don’t have to peel it. Persimmon is Kaki かきin Japanese. It can also mean oyster but the intonation is different.
