a while ago i decided to change my lifestyle and stop wasting time doing nothing. so instead i will walk or run at least 10km every day. these days it seems to average to about 13km/ day. usually on weekends i will walk around 20-30km depending on the weather or what i have planned. so around 400km/month on average. to achieve this I've set a fixed schedule that I keep daily, without fail. always wake up at 6:15, try to sleep before 22:00. wake up time is not negotiable, but sleep time i can adjust at the expense of making myself more tired next day. anyway, i haven't broken this 10k/day routine even once in last few years. rain? sunshine? snow? tired? go outside for a walk/run. no exceptions.
