This is due to the vast territorial extension, which goes from the North to the eastern most point of the country. When it is 4:00 pm in Acre, which follows Amazon time (UTC-5), in Fernando de Noronha, which follows Fernando de Noronha time (UTC-2), it is already 8:00 pm. This happens because Fernando de Noronha is 3 hours ahead of Acre, due to the difference in time zones. This time variation occurs because of the difference in longitude between the regions, causing the sun to rise and set at different times throughout the country. Therefore, it is possible that in some parts of Brazil, such as Acre, it is still daytime, while in others, such as Fernando de Noronha, it is already nighttime. This reflects the grandeur and diversity of Brazil's time zones.
