Tonight I felt like something sweet after shoveling snow and being cold outside so I decided to make some peanut butter cookies. These cookies also have white chocolate and salted caramel chips with a hint of vanilla. I'll make some creamy hot chocolate, put on a warm fire and enjoy it!
