A Habit Changed My Lifeπ When I was younger, I knew very little about real life. I didn't know how to deal with challenges, so I often acted on instinct and felt afraid of many problems. Instead of facing them, I kept putting them off.π As time went on, those problems piled up, and I became more and more anxious. Eventually, I reached a point where I couldn't stand it anymore.π One day, I poured my heart out on paper. To my surprise, I felt a little better.β Since then, whenever I was in trouble, I wrote something to calm myself down. Day by day, this turned into a habit: I started keeping a diary.π Slowly, I realized that writing not only helped me manage my emotions, but also helped me organize my thoughts. With clearer thinking, I began to take better actions. I saw chances to change my situation --- and I took them.β¨β¨β¨ This habit created a chain reaction: The more I wrote, the clearer I became. The clearer I became, the more confident I felt. Now I just want to say: Every change starts with a small action. Amazing!πππ
