For lunch today, I had curry and rice, with a side of natto. Natto has a very unique and complex flavor—often described as earthy, nutty, and savory (umami). Some people compare its taste to strong cheese or aged meat. Because it is fermented, natto also has a strong aroma. Its texture is sticky and gooey, with long, stringy strands when stirred. By the way don't mind my bowl 🤣
