"Do more with less" is a common phrase used by companies when the economy isn't good. It means you have to do more with fewer resources. My friends or colleagues around me often give me this complaint about their work or their bosses giving them this type of command. I this kind of thing happens to other people. But at some point, it happens to us all . And then you hear about other people being offered a redundancy and so on. From my point of view, when a company gets a down-sizing , it means many employees are laid off. But left workers have to do more work like three people's workload than before. Even reducing 10 to 30 percent salary of those people left in company. We'd better learn some new skills at our spare time, and we will have more options if that unfortunately happens. We also need to be quiet and tranquil inside and enjoy the free time we have now .
