I drew with expressionism, never stopped drawing really, and it changed so much throughout the process. I’m a very perfectionist but in this case I broke free and really didn’t care what the end would be like. Not at all. In fact, there’s some holes in the paper cuz of my aggressiveness and some charcoal pieces got stuck under the paper hahaha, which made the paper a little brittle. I still feel amazing because I’ve realized it’s not good in all situations to be too much of a perfectionist. Funny how much the picture actually changed because I kinda redid it a couple of times because the charcoal really got all over the desk and on the paper. Not only that also my hands which were a hundred percent pitch black hahaha. I think I enhanced the beauty of deep darkness in an imaginary darkness when I look at my end result. What do y’all think?
