My weekly Meal-prep! I prepare my veggies about once a week. Here are the line ups of vegetables this time. Onions, potatoes, lotus roots, carrots, garlics, shimeji-mushrooms, tomatoes and broccolis. 🧅🧄🥕🥦 I roasted them in the oven with olive oils and salt. Then I divided them 180g each. Hmmm… 🤔 I googled that 1 cup of grilled vegetables contains 77 calories…? Hope it’s more. Some articles said between 68 to 98 per 100g. So maybe they contain 176 calories 💪 I’m trying to get certain amounts of calories for getting bigger but it’s really hard.
