There is “Oyakodon” in Japan. “Oyakodon” means parents and child rice bowl. So it’s usually made it which chicken and eggs rice bowl in Japan. Even if, I made “Oyakodon” today. It made of salmon and salted salmon roe. So this is also “Oyakodon”.🤭 I made vinegared rice,salmon which have been pickled in Dashi and salt and sesame oil.
