Here in Latam, the christian people have something called "semana santa" (i don't know how to say it in English), it's supposed we have to meditate about our faith, but also in the North of Perú (where i love) we have a tradición about food, every friday wey lunch "malarrabia", a very delicious dish and also the name it's very creative.
