This week we mainly talked about health and wellness theme . Staying healthy definitely is very important for our life whether it's mental health or physical health. I do care about my health . I think I've done well in some aspects but also exists some aspects to improve and make an adjustment . Good habits what I've done : - Stay positive , be friendly to most things in my life , reduce mental burden. LOL anyway . - Self-care, I usually required day off when I got sick . It's really difficult to concentrate yourself to work . Have a good rest is the best option . Health is one , you only get "one" and then possibly plus more naught after "one" . 1+000000000. - Ask for help when you get trouble at work or in life . Don't get stuck in a vicious cycle .Sometimes , you'll see the bright light when you ask for help . - Keep regular working out , I work as a programmer , so I always sit in front of computer and stare at the screen the whole day. So I choose to have bike ride with commuting. I also go for a long walk or jog in a park on weekends . That's my way to keep fit as much as possible . - Cooking on weekends , I've gotten stomach issues when I ate outside for many times . So cooking clean dishes is really healthy for me . - Keep in touch with family and friends , as a worker who moved to another city which far away hometown . It's necessary to chat regularly with our family and friends to tell ourselves that we're not alone . It's a good way to reconnect ourselves and stay mental health after an exhausting work for a long time .
