“Toubani” is a traditional dish from northern Benin and Niger, made from bean flour. Some add cassava or yam flour to have a more consistent dough. In an ordinary way, Toubani is eaten with oil, onion, salt and chilli powder, the onion can be grilled in oil and most of the time consumed with sorghum porridge called “coco” in Benin.
