I admire a Canadian guy who made Dorayaki from scratch👏 I was really impressed by the quality—it tasted just as good as the ones sold in Japan! And since we’re in Toronto, I’m sure it wasn’t easy for him to get all the ingredients. Interestingly, the reason he made Dorayaki is because he likes the anime Doraemon. Although it’s very famous and popular in Japan, Doraemon isn’t well-known in Canada or the U.S. But apparently, he watched it during a business trip to East Asia, and he’s been a big fan ever since. He is a teacher from the language school currently. I feel lucky to have enjoyed homemade Dorayaki right here in Toronto! 😋 ドラえもんを知らない方々の為に絵も添えておきます。（でも著作権侵害にならないかビクビク)
