When you have all those things from the beginning, you don't see their value. You take it all for granted and treat it like it's always going to stay this way. That's when people start to be selfish and act like they deserve everything. Once you lose it on the way, you realize how much those things meant to you. You start to be more humble, you understand other people's problems. You start to care and help more, because now you know the value of feeling free. Feeling happy, being healthy. Even you know how it feels to find joy in little things. That's what life should be about. Loving and being loved. Seeing people's problems is love. Loving means care. Caring means you've found the courage to do something good for another person getting nothing in return. You've mastered being human.
