Regrettably, I was unable to cook the chicken yesterday due to the high temperature exceeding 36°C, which diminished my appetite. Fortunately, the temperature dropped today, making it an opportune moment to cook the chicken. I began by grilling the chicken in a pan, ensuring that both sides were cooked evenly. I then added a small amount of water to the pan. Next, I incorporated mushrooms into the dish simply because I enjoy their flavor. Subsequently, I added broccoli and eggplant, both of which I also find delectable. Finally, I added some boiled potatoes and seasoned the dish with additional soy sauce and oyster sauce. It was delicious, as evidenced by the last picture.
