📌Доконаний чи недоконаний? Чому в українській два дієслова, а в англійській – одне? 🤔 In Ukrainian, verbs have two aspects: 🔹 Imperfective – action is ongoing or repeated 🔸 Perfective – action is completed English verbs like “to write” don’t change form to show this, but in Ukrainian we say either писати or написати depending on the context. 🔹 Недоконаний / Imperfective: – дія триває, повторюється або ще не завершена – the action is in progress, repeated or unfinished 📍Я писав листа. – I was writing a letter. 📍Вона готувала вечерю. – She was cooking dinner. 🔸 Доконаний / Perfective: – дія завершена, має чіткий результат – the action is completed or fully achieved 📍Я написав листа. – I wrote the letter. 📍Вона приготувала вечерю. – She cooked the dinner. 📚 Як утворюється доконаний вид? How is the perfective aspect formed? 👉 Usually by adding a prefix to the imperfective verb (на-, про-, з-, у-, ви- etc.): писати → написати (to write) читати → прочитати (to read) варити → зварити (to boil) робити → зробити (to do) говорити → сказати (to say) 🧠 The prefix changes the meaning from “in process” to “done”. 🕐 Про часи / About Tenses: ⏳ Imperfective Future = Складний майбутній час → formed with “бути” + infinitive 📌 Я буду писати. – I will be writing. ✅ Perfective Future = Простий майбутній час → one word only (conjugated perfective verb) 📌 Я напишу. – I will write. 🧠 Imperfective = slow motion 🎥 Perfective = snapshot 📸 🗣️ Your turn!
