My son, Thukir, recently started to recognizing Japanese/Chinese alphabets. Whenever he sees some words on TV or phone, he shouts, "Japanese! Japanese!". He is also getting used to japanese sounds. Today, all of a sudden, he asked, "அப்பா, கண்ணாமூச்சி ஜப்பனீஸ்-ல என்ன இருக்கு?". He still does baby talk, so I cross-questioned and understood that he was asking, "What is 'கண்ணாமூச்சி' (Kannamoochi) in Japanese?" Kannamoochi is a children's game, similar to Hide and Seek. Later, he also asked, "What is 'காமெடி' in Japanese?" By the end of the day, I had learned two new words! He listened to them and got familiar with Japanese sounds. ✌️ கண்ணாமூச்சி - かくれんぼ - Hide and Seek காமெடி/நகைச்சுவை - コメディ/きげき 📚
