I baked mammoth bread today. This bread is originally made(at least the version I know...everyone might have different one in mind!) by sandwiching strawberry jam and butter cream with two pieces of bread that are stuffed with sweet pea paste and red bean paste, with a crumble topping. But as this is my mum's b-day request and she's not a fan of butter cream and red bean paste, I used only pea paste for the filling and replaced butter cream with peanut butter. 오늘 맘모스빵을 구웠어요! 원래 제가 알고있는 오리지널 버전은 팥앙금과 완두앙금으로 채운 빵위에 크럼블을 올려서 굽고, 딸기잼과 버터크림을 바르고 샌드해서 만들어요! 근데 저희 어머니께서는 버터크림이랑 팥앙금을 안 좋아하세요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ그래서 완두 앙금으로만 빵을 채우고 버터크림도 땅콩버터로 대체했는데 이렇게 먹는것도 맛있네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ조합 성공!
