I plan to make every SATURDAY as my DIGITAL DETOXING DAY! I started thinking,what can I do on this digital detoxing day,well here I came up with the list(google helped me to get this 😂) they are: 1.Go for a walk in nature 2.Prepare a To-Do list 3.Prepare a Tea 4.Listen to nature music 5.Play with your pet 6.Write a Gratitude journal 7.Take a nap 8.Prepare your next meal 9.Do knitting/crocheting 10.Zone out yourself 11.Declutter your closet/Desk 12.Reorganise home decor 13.Day dream 14.Watch outside world out of the window 15.Dance/Sing 16.Read a Book 17.Do deep breathing/meditation 18.Do body streching 19.Talk to your friend 20.Doodling What are your plans for your digital detoxing day?Did you plan any such day or going to plant it?
