It was fun learning the creaming method and making cookie dough while proofing bread dough. 今日はパン教室でメロンパン作ってきた。クリーミング法なるものを学んで、発酵中にクッキー生地作ってといろいろ新しかった。 My arm got kind of tired from all the mixing but it definitely was worth it cause it was so delicious. We made custard with melon puree to fill the bread. 泡立て器ずっと使って腕疲れたけど、でもそのかいあってすごく美味しいメロンパンだった。中にメロンピューレ入りのカスタードも入ってたしなおさら。 I went to my parents’ house right after the class cause I thought it would be nice to share it with them. And to be honest, eating five of them before they would go bad seemed a bit too much for me haha. パン作ったあとはそのまま実家へ。おすそ分けよいなと思ったし、悪くなる前に5個全部食べ切るのは正直厳しそうだったから。 My mother showed me bunch of stuff from my school days including English homework from junior high. I found it kind of endearing to think that my younger self was writing this using what I had learned so far. It also reminded me of how far I’ve come in terms of English abilities. 子供の頃のいろいろを母親が出してきてくれて、その中に中学のときの英語の宿題もあった。こういう英語を頑張って書いてたんだなってなんか微笑ましい感じ。それに自分の英語力の成長を改めて実感もできた。 And I did a 6k run today as well! Proud of myself for doing it after a relatively busy day but, at the same time, kind of scared how tired I would be tomorrow lol それと今日はまた6キロ走れた。比較的忙しい日だったのに夜に走れたのうれしい反面、明日疲れがすごそうなのが心配。 ## Images 1.
