One IDIOM a day 💡 Day 8 Directions: Make a paragraph using all the idioms I studied over the past week. It makes my blood boil to imagine how much time I wasted instead of studying. Since last year, I have had a whale of a time to learn new idioms and expressions, if only I realized this sooner. I could have started on the dot the moment I told myself that I'll be focusing on studying and be better on it every single day. This year, I finally started to find my feet in setting my study routine. There were moments wherein I asked my friends how to get started with hundreds of idioms existing in English. They only said that I don't have to sweat it and simply go with the flow of studying whenever I like. Listening to them made me think that they're basically set in their ways doing mediocre habits. I'm completely the opposite. I prefer burning the midnight oil since I could focus better at night. Sometimes, I can't help but to imagine getting a low score since I'm a huge couch potato. Thus, I made a promise to myself to remove the distractions by uninstalling one of my social media applications. I was over the moon when I finally did it.
