Life’s been busy lately, and while I haven’t had the time to share everything, my kitchen definitely hasn’t been quiet 🍳✨ Here’s a quick tour of the delicious things I’ve been experimenting with behind the scenes: 🍵 A delicate Earl Grey cheesecake with a pistachio and white chocolate biscuit base and a soft apple topping.. subtle, fragrant, and surprisingly cozy. 🍫 A rich brownie made with whole rice flour and hazelnut oil, which actually got better with time. Seriously, pair it with apple compote or a spoon of honey and thank me later. 🥧 A classic quiche with pork ham and goat cheese. A comforting French favorite that always hits the spot. 🥟 Another go at chocolate mantou. Not bad, but I didn’t knead the dough enough. Still working on that perfect texture! 🥭 A smooth and creamy egg tart (flan pâtissier) with a fresh mango topping. Silky, tropical, and just the right balance of richness and fruit. 🍊 A bold brownie with homemade candied orange peel. A deep chocolate flavor with a bright citrusy kick. ☕️ Fun little coffee-flavored cookies shaped like coffee beans maybe perfect for espresso lovers. 🍕 And of course… several homemade pizzas in all their glory. Melting cheese, good times... 🤤 I might not have posted each recipe in detail, but these creations definitely deserve a spot here. Sometimes cooking is the best kind of therapy, even if you don’t always pause to take a picture 📷
