[Download](https://www.hellotalk.com/download.md): Get HelloTalk on iOS and Android ## Author - **Name**: プラミ - **Username**: @plumchan ## Content 続では初めて世の苦しみを知るエピソードについてです。 その前に今日の重要仏教用語： 四諦 ： 四つの真理　①苦諦（くたい）：人生は苦、生きることは苦しみの連続という真理 ②集諦（じったい）：苦が生まれる原因を考え、その原因を明らかするという真理 ③滅諦（めったい）：苦しみの原因である煩悩を知り、消滅することで苦しみもなくなる ④道諦（どうたい）：悟りを開くために、修行実践をするという真理（八正道に従って生きる） 八正道：①正しいものの見方　②正しい思索　③正しい言語活動　④正しく生きる ⑤正しく暮らす　⑥正しい努力　⑦正しい理想　⑧正しい精神統一 帰依：仏に信じて教えに従う  --‐-------------------------------------------------------------- 釈迦が出家を決意するのに重要な出来事がありました。ある日、王子は「ちょっと外の世界も見てみたいな〜」と思い立ち、お城の四つの門から外出することにします。 まずは東の門から出てみると... 目の前に現れたのは、背中の丸まったおじいちゃんです。👴 「えっ、なにこのシワシワの人…」 そう、それが“老い”です。王子は衝撃。 気を取り直して今度は南の門へ。すると今度は、病人と遭遇。 「マジか…体って、壊れるのか…？」 “病気”という現実にまたショック。🤕 じゃあ気分転換に西の門！って出たら… 目の前にいたのは、まさかの死人。 「えええ!? 死ぬって…人って、最後はこれなの!?」 こうして、老・病・死という人生の苦に直面した王子はそれらは他人ごとではなく、自らの問題として考えられました。人生のこの問題をどうすれば解決できるのを考え出し始めます… そして、悩んだ王子は２９歳のときに、出家することにします。あまり知られていないかもしれませんが、そのときにはすでに奥さんと子供がいて、出家を決意したため、全てを投げ捨てる必要がありました。それはすごい勇気がいりますね。結婚相手と子供がいない自分さえも考えられません。😵‍💫 王子はカピラ城を出て、苦しみから救われる道を探し始め、ガチの修行生活スタートします。 一人の修行者として、インドの様々な国を修行して歩きます。辿り着いたのはマガタ国という教育と文化の中心地である国で、そこの修行者と交流します。まずは、禅定家から学び、短期間のうちに無執着の境地に到着できるようになります。さすがお釈迦様です！😏 でも…人生の根本的な苦しみは解決できない状態です。 今度は、超ストイックな苦行モード突入！ ・ご飯はギリギリまで減らす ・朝から晩まで立ちっぱなし ・寝る時も立ったまま!? ・右手ずっと上げて何年も!? これ、現代だったら頭がおかしい人にしか見えないかもしれないが、当時のインドでは、苦行すれば超能力が手に入るってマジで信じたらしいです。 でもね、そんな苦行ですら悟りには至らなかったんです。 じゃあ、どうやって悟ったの？　 どうやって「人生の苦しみ」から抜け出したの？ ――その答えは、次回です！🫠 ## Learning Language **Japanese** ## Topics #539 #430 #133 ## Metadata -
