Funny Japan Moment 🇯🇵🫣🚲 So, the other day I was walking to the 駅(えき) like I always do… and suddenly I heard super loud music blasting from somewhere. I got a mini shock 😳 and thought, “OMG what’s going on??” Then I saw a guy on a bike, with a tattoo on his arm 😮💨 and for a second, I honestly thought, “Ah, must be a foreigner! Why is he not following the rules??” 😅 But then the signal turned red, he stopped, I stopped too… and when I finally saw his face—he was totally 日本人(にほんじん). And I swear, the first thing that came to my mind was… 「あ〜よかった!日本人だ!」 (Thank 神様(かみさま) he’s Japanese 🤣) It’s funny… when you live in a country where people are so well-behaved, you start panicking over tiny bits of indiscipline…especially if you are a 外国人!🤷🏻♀️ Also, whenever I see ゴミ like tissue paper or a random wrapper somewhere on the street, I quietly change my route. Why? Because I’m genuinely scared people will think I threw it! 😂 So I walk away like, “Nope, not my crime scene!” 🕵️♀️🚶♀️ Yeah… living in Japan really turned me into an overly cautious, scared but trying to fit in kind of 外国人 😅 Anyone else felt like this? Or just me?? 🤪
