I love weight training. Why? Because I believe it reflects many aspects of life itself. It requires discipline, consistency, and self-motivation. It’s also a scientific and intellectual practice — you need knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, and you must solve problems through trial and error. There are no convenient miracles, and you can’t achieve your ideal body overnight. Even without anyone praising you, you have to keep putting in steady effort. What you build through that effort gives you courage, strengthens your confidence, and reminds you of the true value of habits and persistence. Isn’t that what life itself is all about? So, let’s not lose to ourselves. To all who pursue goals in any field, I truly respect your tireless efforts.
