During this Labor Day holiday, I had six days off. I planned some activities that I could enjoy, but the most memorable thing was that I cooked some live seafood by myself. Since I'm a bit of a timid person, I usually only cook frozen seafood or eat dishes prepared by others. Unfortunately, during this holiday, some relatives who are older than me visited my home, and I had to cook for them myself. Throughout the whole process, I was like, "I don't wanna kill you, but a lot of people want to eat you...don't blame me." It doesn't make much sense, but that's how I felt at the time. Any way, I think I was become a litter better cooker. pic 1 I let the fish stay out of water to make them dizzy at first. pic 2-3 half of the octopus was eaten alive... I definitely prefer cooked seafood. Pic 4-6 other stuff.
