“Koobideh” refers to Persian grilled kebabs. I once learned about the difference between Turkish kebabs and Persian kebabs from my Iranian friend, but I hadn’t tried Persian ones until now🇮🇷🍖 On my way home from the AGO, I happened to find a Persian restaurant called “HERBY” that was still open, so I ordered chicken and lamb koobideh to go. The restaurant had a very Iranian atmosphere, with a sleek interior. The staff was also very kind.
