My mother-in-law made chirashi sushi for my daughter. It was not only beautiful to look at, but also delicious. Today is Hinamatsuri, the Girls' Festival in Japan to celebrate the growth of girls. When my daughter was little,I decorated hina dolls, but now that she is an adult, I don't. I miss those days.
