I had an awesome night eating spicy Chinese (Hunan) food with a friend and then walking around the city last night. She doesn’t speak much English, I don’t speak any Chinese, and both of our Japanese is lacking - but we still got to enjoy the nighttime flowers, people-watching, and exploring together
