That is the truth of this world. However, there is one who defies this truth. That one is “fat.” Why is it so easy to gain, yet so hard to let go?! (If you can relate, hit 👍 button 😂) I’m 178cm, 72kg, and that’s my ideal weight. But after slacking off on exercise over the New Year, I’m now 78kg… Sure, there were a few parties, and sure, I indulged in food and drink… Now, Eren and I share the same feeling. “駆逐してやる！一匹残らず！！" (I will eliminate it! Every last bit!!) So, starting today, squats are back on. It’s tough, it’s heavy…my weight...🤮 - - - - - Любовь, деньги, доверие… Достигнуть трудно, потерять легко. Это истина этого мира. Однако есть тот, кто идет против этой истины. Этот тот — «жир». Почему так легко набрать, но так трудно избавиться?! (Если вы можешь понять, жми 👍😂) Мой рост 178 см, вес 72 кг — это мой идеальный вес. Но после того, как я пренебрегал упражнениями на Новый год, теперь я весу 78 кг… Да, были несколько вечеринок, да, я наслаждался едой и напитками… Теперь Эрен и я разделяем одно чувство. «Я избавлюсь от этого!
