Here are some photos of my “mostly whole food diet” for last week; a lot of rolled oats.😂 All those photos are brunches except for one light meal (my second meal for the day). I don’t take photos of my dinner very often because my husband, who’s in charge of it, doesn’t know how to plate foods presentable enough.😂 Usually, I cook side dishes and he cooks a main dish and a soup for dinner. 1.
