Happy Easter for those that celebrate it! This weekend I will be by myself, my kids are with their Mom, so I decide to make a Turkey anyway since I really enjoy it and the kids not so much. My kids are baptized Greek Orthodox, and they celebrate Easter at a different time. Every 4 years the weeks overlap. This year it the first weekend in May. I also made some double baked garlic mashed sweet potato. I'll make some stuffing later on. So I have a lot of turkey 🦃 to eat 👀 who wants to help me?
