Since 2021.. despite being an introvert who disliked socializing, this app, HelloTalk, helped me gain so much knowledge and friends that helped me improve my English and Tagalog skills more than I initially expected. Though these past few months(or even years) I had been too busy to reopen this app again, I saw so many people still trying to connect and seek assists in learning new languages they are interested in. I could say this app played such a great role in my life journey when learning English and Tagalog languages, to the point that now I could proudly say that I am a trilingual who can understand Japanese, English, and Tagalog, almost without having a hard time. まぁあまりにも英語とタガログ語が達者になりすぎて、「本当に日本人か??」みたいな質問は今までに何度もされてきたんですけどね〜。 Proud na proud po ako sa sarili ko at talagang grateful ako sa lahat ng nakakilala ko dito sa app na ito, yung mga iba ay talagang naging kaibigan ko for years and until now nakakausap ko parin sila bilang one of my closest friends. Hindi lang ang bagong skills ang natutunan ko dito pero pati kung paano dapat ako makipag communicate at makipag kaibigan ng tama, natututunan ko from HelloTalk at sa mga kaibigan ko. I am not always active in this app anymore, but this app will always hold a special place in my heart as it impacted my life so much, in a good way.
