先月、母は新しいマンションに引っ越しました。一昨日、私は車で今住んでいる都市から地元に母に会いに来ました。なぜかというと、明日は母の誕生日だからです。 幸い、隣の人はフレンドリーだし、窓からの眺めは綺麗なので、居心地のいいマンションになると思います。 でも、母によると、そのマンションのシャワーヘッドの噴射がうまくいかないそうです。だから、私はホームセンターに新しいものを買いに行って、自分で取り付けました。母はシャワーヘッドの見た目に気に掛けるわけではないけど、前のシャワーヘッドのせいでそのシャワーを使えなかったらしいです。嬉しいことに、新しいものはうまく機能しているようです。 Last month, my mom moved into a new condo. Two days ago, I drove here to my hometown from the city where I live to see my mom. The reason is that tomorrow is her birthday. Fortunately, I think it’ll be a comfortable place for her to live, because the neighbours are friendly and the view from the window is nice. However, according to my mom, the shower head in this condo wasn’t spraying water well. So, I went to a home centre, bought a new one, and installed it. It’s not that my mom was concerned with how it looked, but it seems like the shower couldn’t be used due to the previous shower head. I’m happy that the new one appears to be functioning properly.
